How-To: Enter a sine function - OpenOffice.org Math
- To enter a "sine" function, first click on the "math commands window" here.
- Next, once the cursor appears, type in the word "sin."
- Then, type in the angle for the sine function. In this example we are going to use the variable "alpha."
- The markup for the greek character alpha is "%alpha." Just type it in enclosed in a parenthesis like this.
- Great! We have entered the sine function. Congratulations!
