How-To: Enter a Logarithm - OpenOffice.org Math
- To enter a simple logarithm, first click on the "math commands" window here.
- Next, once the cursor appears, type in the word "log."
- Then, type in the "number" for the logarithmic function. In this case we used the variable "x." Just type it in enclosed in a parenthesis like this.
- Great! We have entered a simple logarithm. Congratulations!
