How-To: Enter a cotangent function - OpenOffice.org Math
- To enter a cotangent function, first place the cursor on the "math commands" window here by clicking on it once.
- Once the cursor appears type in the word "cot."
- Next type in the name of the angle. In this case it is the greek character "alpha." So we are typing in "%alpha" within a parenthesis like this.
- Great! We have entered a cotangent function. Congratulations!
