How-To: Enter an expression within braces - OpenOffice.org Math
- To place an expression within "braces" or "curly brackets" first click on the "math commands window" here.
- When the cursor appears, we can start inserting the braces. First we need to insert the "left brace."
- Do this by typing in the word "lbrace."
- Next, press space and type in the expression that you want inside the braces. For this example we are typing in the expression "A+B"
- Afterwards, press space again and type in the word "rbrace." This should insert the "right brace."
- Great! As you can see, we have succesfully placed an expression within braces or curly brackets. Congratulations!
