- To disable the auto update feature in the formula display, first click here on "View."
- Then, on the menu that drops down, you should see that the option "AutoUpdate Display" is checked.
- To disable this feature, uncheck it by clicking on this option once.
- Good! Now, if we change our formula here on the commands window...
- ...you should notice that the formula in the display doesn't automatically update itself to match your changes.
- To update the formula display with the auto update disabled, click here on "View."
- Then, on the menu that opens, click on the option "Update."
- Great! You now know how to disable the auto update formula feature, as well as how to to update a formula when the update is disabled. Congratulations!
