- To open an OpenOffice application using the quickstarter, first right click over the quickstarter icon here on the system tray.
- Then, once the menu opens, look for the kind of document you want to work on. This should correspond to a matching OpenOffice application.
- In this example, we are choosing the option "Drawing." This should open the application OpenOffice Draw. Just click on it once.
- Great! As you can see OpenOffice Draw has opened along with a blank drawing.
