- To open a document using the quickstarter, first right click on the quickstarter icon here on the system tray.
- Then, once the menu opens, click on the option "Open Document..."
- The Open dialog window should appear.
- Now, look for the document that you want to open and click on it once.
- Afterwards, click on "Open."
- The appropriate OpenOffice application should open, along with the document that you selected.
