How-To: Export document as a PDF file tagged for accessibility - OpenOffice.org
  1. To export a document as a PDF that is tagged for accessibility, first click here on the "File."
  2. Then, on the menu that drops down, click on the option "Export as PDF..."
  3. Once the PDF options window appears, under the "General" tab look here for the checkbox marked "Tagged PDF."
  4. Just click on the checkbox to tag the pdf file for accessibility
  5. Once done, just click on export to save the PDF file.
