- To export a document as a PDF that is tagged for accessibility, first click here on the "File."
- Then, on the menu that drops down, click on the option "Export as PDF..."
- Once the PDF options window appears, under the "General" tab look here for the checkbox marked "Tagged PDF."
- Just click on the checkbox to tag the pdf file for accessibility
- Once done, just click on export to save the PDF file.
