- This screencast demonstrates the way on how to choose only selected page ranges for exporting as PDF files.
- For this example, we are selecting these two paragraphs plus their heading for the demonstration.
- Once the text is selected, we click on the "File" option here.
- Now, access the "pdf options" window by clicking on the option "Export as PDF..."
- The PDF options window should open. Under the "General" tab, look for the "Range" section and click on the page range that you want to export.
- The default option "All" exports all the pages of the document as PDF.
- Clicking on the the "Pages" option...
- ...lets you specify the pages that will be exported as PDF by enabling this field.
- Just type in the pages that you want here.
- Lastly, clicking on the "Selection" option exports only the selected text or contents that we selected earlier.
- Great! Just click on "export" when you're done selecting the page range and would want to export the document. Otherwise, click on "Cancel."
