- To export a document as a PDF "A-1" archival file, first click on the "File" option here.
- Then, on the menu that opens, click on the option "Export as PDF..."
- The PDF Options window shoud appear.
- Under the "General" tab look for the checkbox marked "PDF/A-1" and click on it.
- Afterwards, click on "Export."
- Great! We have exported the document as a PDF "A-1" archival file for long term storage. Congratulations!
