- This screencast demonstrates how to enable the auto correction feature when you type in two initial capital letters in text.
- First we'll type in two initial capital letters and then type in lower case ones, similar to making a typographical error.
- Notice, that in this example no auto correction happens.
- To enable the auto correction feature that we want, click here on "Tools."
- Then, on the menu that opens click on the option "AutoCorrect..."
- The "AutoCorrect" window should open. Now, click on the "Options" tab here.
- Next, look for the option "Correct TWo INitial CApitals." Click on the checkbox beside it to enable the feature.
- Afterwards, click on "OK."
- Now, if we try to make the same typographical errors again...
- Notice that the auto correct feauture changes the second initial capital letter to a lower case one. Congratulations!
