- This screencast demonstrates how to assign paragraph styles using the styles and formatting window.
- First, remember to open the styles and formatting window. You can do this by pressing "F11" on the keyboard.
- Now, to start assigning a style to a paragraph, select the paragraph by clicking on any part of it.
- Then, if it is not open yet, click on the "paragraph styles" button here on the styles and formatting window.
- Next, double click on the paragraph style that you want to assign.
- Great! The paragraph style has been changed.
- Take note though that only the paragraph we selected has been changed. The others near it are unchanged.
- Great! You have learned how to assign paragraph styles to paragraphs. Congratulations!
