How-To: Set the date and time format of the slide to fixed - OpenOffice.org Impress
- To set the date and time in the footer to a "fixed" format, first click here on "View."
- Then, on the menu that opens click on the option "Header and Footer."
- The header and footer window should open. In the slides tab, make sure that the "Date and Time" has been enabled to appear. Below it should be the choices for the "fixed" and "variable" date and time formats. Make sure the "fixed" option is selected.
- Now, click on the field here, and type in the fixed date that you want to appear in the footer.
- Once done, click on the "Apply to All" button here.
- Great! The fixed date has appeared here on the footer. Congratulations!
