Enter the footer text - OpenOffice.org Impress

How-To: Enter the footer text - OpenOffice.org Impress
  1. To enter the footer text for slides, first click here on "View."
  2. Next, on the menu that opens, click on the option "Header and Footer."
  3. The header and footer window should open. In the slides tab, make sure that the checkbox for the footer is checked. If it is not, click on it to enable the footer.
  4. To enter the footer text, just click here on the "footer text" field and type in the text you want to appear in the footer.
  5. Once you're done, click on the "Apply to All" button here.
  6. Good. Now, since we were at the slide master view, earlier we have come back to it here. Just close this view by clicking on the "Close Master View" button.
  7. Great! As you can see the slides now have the footer with the text you entered. Congratulations!
