  1. To save a presentation as a microsoft powerpoint file, first click here on "File."
  2. Then, on the menu that opens, click on the option "Save As..."
  3. The "Save As" window should open.
  4. Now, look for the "Save as Type" field here, and click on this down arrow.
  5. A list of file types should appear.
  6. Now, to save the presentation as a powerpoint presentation, click on the option "Microsoft Powerpoint 97/2000/XP (ppt).
  7. Afterwards, just click on "Save."
  8. You may encounter a warning that states that some formatting and content may not be saved correctly. To continue saving the presentation as powerpoint agree to this by clicking on "Yes."
