How-To: Reorder slides using the slide sorter - OpenOffice.org Impress
  1. You can reorder slides using the slide sorter.
  2. To do this, first look for the slide sorter tab here, and click on it once to go to the slide sorter view.
  3. Good. Once in the slide sorter view, you can reorder slides by dragging them to the position you want.
  4. Do this by clicking and holding the left mouse button on the slide you want to move, and then moving the mouse towards a new position.
  5. In this example we are moving the third slide in between the first and second slides.
  6. Once the space between the two slides gets highlighted, release the mouse button to place the slide here. Note that a ghost of the slide appears to guide you.
  7. Great! The slide has been moved here.
  8. Just repeat the same process of dragging slides to reorder the whole presentation.
  9. Congratulations! You have learned how to reorder slides using the slide sorter.
