- You can reorder slides using the slide sorter.
- To do this, first look for the slide sorter tab here, and click on it once to go to the slide sorter view.
- Good. Once in the slide sorter view, you can reorder slides by dragging them to the position you want.
- Do this by clicking and holding the left mouse button on the slide you want to move, and then moving the mouse towards a new position.
- In this example we are moving the third slide in between the first and second slides.
- Once the space between the two slides gets highlighted, release the mouse button to place the slide here. Note that a ghost of the slide appears to guide you.
- Great! The slide has been moved here.
- Just repeat the same process of dragging slides to reorder the whole presentation.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to reorder slides using the slide sorter.
