How-To: Move list items upward using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Impress
  1. To move a list item up on a list, first select it by double clicking on the list item.
  2. Once selected, go to the toolbar and look for the up arrow icon here. This is the move up button. Click on this once to move the list item upward.
  3. Great! The "FAQ" list item has moved upwards. Just click again on the button if you want to move the list item some more.
