How-To: Move list items downward using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Impress
  1. To move a list item downards in the list, first select it by double clicking on it.
  2. Once selected, move your mouse to the toolbar and click once on the "Move down" button here. It should have a down arrow icon.
  3. Good! Notice that the list item "Glossary" has moved down the list.
  4. To move it down some more, just keep clicking on the move down button until the list item is at the position you want.
  5. Great! You have learned how to move list items down a list using the toolbar.
