How-To: Move list items downward using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Impress
- To move a list item downards in the list, first select it by double clicking on it.
- Once selected, move your mouse to the toolbar and click once on the "Move down" button here. It should have a down arrow icon.
- Good! Notice that the list item "Glossary" has moved down the list.
- To move it down some more, just keep clicking on the move down button until the list item is at the position you want.
