How-To: Move guide lines using the context menu - OpenOffice.org Impress
- To move a guide line using the context menu, first move your mouse over the line and right click on it.
- The context menu should open. Look for the option "Edit Snap Line..." and then click on it once.
- The "Edit Snap Line" window should open. You should see the adjustment fields for the X and Y position of the guide line.
- Since the line we are editing is a vertical line, only the X position can be changed. Click on it and type in the new position you want.
- Afterwards, just click on "OK."
- Great! Notice that the guide line has moved from the 8.5 inch position to the 8 inch. Congratulations!
