How-To: Move the slide number area in the master slide - OpenOffice.org Impress
- To move the slide number position in the master slide, first remember to go to the slide master view. It should typically look like this.
- Now, look for the slide number area. It should look like a text block with the word "<number>" within it. Small guide notes also should indicate that this is the "slide number area."
- Now click and hold the left mouse button over this area to start dragging the slide number.
- While holding on to the button, move your mouse towards the area of the slide where you want to put the slide numbers.
- A ghost of the number area should guide you. Once you're at the position you want, just release the mouse button.
- Great! We have moved the slide number area to this position. Congratulations!
