How-To: Insert a new slide with a specific layout - OpenOffice.org Impress
- It is possible to insert new slides with a specific layout, instead of starting with a blank one.
- To do this, first move your mouse to the tasks pane layouts area.
- Now, choose the layout you want for the new slide by looking through the layout choices here.
- For this example we are choosing the "Title, Chart" layout. Right click on the layout to bring up the context menu.
- Then, on the menu that opens, click on the option "Insert Slide."
- Great! As you can see we have inserted a new slide and it has the title and chart layout.
