Bring the guide lines to the back - OpenOffice.org Impress

How-To: Bring the guide lines to the back - OpenOffice.org Impress
  1. This screencast demonstrates how to move guide lines like this to the back of objects.
  2. First, notice that the guide line over this side of this rectangle is currently in front. Hence it appears as broken lines in the side of the rectangle.
  3. To move the guide line to the back of the object, first click here on "View."
  4. On the menu that appears, move your mouse over the option "Guides." Then, a side menu should appear. Look for the "Guides to front" option and notice that it is checked. To bring the guide line to the back, uncheck this option by clicking on it once.
