How-To: Italicize slide text using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Impress
- To italicize text, first click once over the text block where the text you want to format is located.
- Now, select the text you want by clicking and holding the left mouse button on one side of it.
- Then, move your mouse through the text to select it. Once done, release the mouse button.
- Good. Now, move your mouse here to the toolbar and look for the "Italic" Button. It should have an "I" icon, click on it once.
- Great! As you can see, this text has been italicized. Congratulations!
