- To export a presentation as a PDF file, first click here on file.
- Then, on the menu that opens, click on the option "Export as PDF"
- The export window should open.
- If you want to, you can change the file name by typing in the name you want here. Otherwise...
- ...just click on "Save" here.
- The PDF options window should open. If you are an expert you can choose to change some settings. Otherwise, just click on "Export" to continue.
- Great! A PDF file of this presentation should have been produced. If we open that created PDF file...
- It should look like this. Good! Notice that each slide represents a page in the PDF file.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to export a presentation as a PDF file.
