How-To: Export a presentation as a Flash "swf" file - OpenOffice.org Impress
- To export a presentation as a Macromedia Flash "swf" file, first click on the "File" option here.
- Next, on the menu drops down, click on the option "Export..."
- The export window should open. Choose a location and filename for your flash file. In this example we are going to use the same location and filename as the original presentation.
- Now, look for the file format field and click on this down arrow or triangle to view the list of file formats.
- When the list drops down, click on the option "Macromedia Flash (SWF)(.swf)"
- Afterwards, click on "Save."
- Great! We have exported this presentation as a Macromedia Flash "swf" file. Congratulations!
