Page Style
A Page style refers to the way a whole page looks like. More specifically, the page style
determines the page's size, orientation its margins, borders, background as well as the presence of footers, headers, columns
and footnotes.
Open Office lets you assign these page styles quickly using the styles and formatting window.
Page styles typically let people format a whole page according to its use. For example,
some of the page styles that are available, format pages to look like the index for your document
or the first page of a report or thesis. There are also others that automatically sets the size
and margins of the page
to fit an envelope.
There are several page styles readily available that caters to the most common page styles in use. You can however modify or create a page styles if you like. Look at the links below for more information on modifying or creating page styles.
