Mouse Button
Mouse buttons are part of a Mouse.
They are used to input certain actions
for the computer. Pressing the mouse button activates an action,
depending on the context on the screen and the location of the mouse cursor or pointer.
Most "Mice" nowadays have a left and right mouse button with a mouse wheel between them. Other models though still have a “middle” mouse button, while others only have the initial two. All these buttons execute different actions depending on the program open at the time.
The most often used mouse button is the left mouse button. A click or
mouse click with no other specifications
usually means pressing the left mouse button. While the other buttons usually need
to be specified like a "right click" a "center click" or moving the mouse wheel.
