How-To: Select a single object - OpenOffice.org Draw
  1. To select a single object, simply look for it on the workspace and click on it once.
  2. Good! You should see these adjustment boxes appear around the object, indicating that it has been selected.
  3. If however you want to select another object, move your mouse over it and click on it once.
  4. Good! Notice that the yellow diamond we have selected earlier has been deselected, and this circle is now the one selected.
  5. Just repeat the process every time you want to select a single object.
  6. Congratulations! You have learned how to select objects.
