How-To: Save spreadsheet as a HTML file - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. To save a spreadsheet as a "HTML" file, first click on "File" option here.
  2. Then, on the menu that drops down, click on the option "Save As..."
  3. The "save as" window should open. Look for the "Save as type" field and click on this down arrow or triangle to view the list of file formats.
  4. Once the list drops down, look for the option "HTML Document (OpenOffice.org Calc)(.html)" and click on it once.
  5. Then, if needed decide on a location and a file name for the html file using the appropriate fields. Once done, just click on the "Save" button here.
  6. Good! We have saved this spreadsheet as an HTML file. Let's check the file we made and see how it looks.
