How-To: Print Preview Spreadsheet - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To preview the pages as they print, click on the "File" menu.
- Select the "Page Preview" item from the menu.
- The page preview mode appears.
- In order to read details on the pages, click on the "Zoom In" button in the "Preview" toolbar.
- Scroll down to the end of the page.
- As you can see we are on page three. This page shows cells that where selected in the spreadsheet before we switched to the "Page Preview".
- To navigate to the first page, click on the "First Page" button in the "Preview" toolbar.
- Notice we are now on page 1.
- To navigate to the next page, click on the "Next page" button in the "Preview" toolbar.
- Notice we are now on page 2.
- To advance further, click again.
- To end the preview mode, click on the "Close Preview" button.
