How-To: Print/View the page header - OpenOffice.org Calc
- This screencast demonstrates how to print or view the page header of a spreadsheet.
- In this example we are viewing the document in the print or "Page Preview" mode to easily demonstrate what is happening. Note that currently, there is no header for this document.
- You can access the page preview mode by clicking on this icon here.
- Now to start, once you are in the page preview mode, click here on the "Format Page" button.
- Once the page style window opens, look for the header tab here. If it is not yet open click on it once.
- Now, to view the header look for the "Header on" option here and click once on the checkbox beside it.
- Afterwards, just click on "OK."
- Great! The page header has appeared. Congratulations!
